Adding an Account via Web App
The following steps are applicable for both Fiat and Crypto account types:
Log in to your account.
From the dashboard located on the left side of your screen, select [Accounts].
Locate the currency you wish to add from the [Available accounts].
Simply click on the
icon to add it to your collection.
The account will immediately appear in the [My accounts] section.
So effortless, isn't it?
Please note that only users who have completed the verification process are eligible to open accounts on our platform.
Adding an Account via Mobile App
The following steps are applicable for both Fiat and Crypto account types:
Log in to your Wallex Neo App
.Navigate to the [Dashboard] section, located in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select [All accounts] positioned just below your balance.
Locate the currency you wish to add from the [Available accounts].
Simply click on the
icon to add it to your collection.The account will immediately appear in the [My accounts] section.
So effortless, isn't it?
