Auto-Conversion Setup
The revolutionary automated conversion mechanism.
Auto-Conversion is a feature designed to simplify the management of multiple cryptocurrencies by automatically converting all incoming digital assets into your preferred currency.
Please select Web or Mobile version:
Guide for Web App
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the top right corner and click on the profile icon
.Select [Profile Settings].
Make sure that you are in the [Currencies] section.
Activate Auto-Conversion by toggling the switch button.
Choose the currency for Auto-Conversion to refer to.
Guide for Mobile App
Log in to your Wallex Neo App
.Navigate to the top right corner and click on the profile icon
.Scroll down and make sure that you are in the [Reference Currency] section.
Click on the [Auto-Conversion] field.
Activate Auto-Conversion by toggling the switch button.
Choose the currency for Auto-Conversion to refer to.
Please note that some accounts may have fewer supported currencies than others.
