# Starting Point

Verifying your identity is essential for unlocking the full functionalities offered by our platform.

### Verify your Identity

1. [Log in](https://app.wallex.global/auth/sign-in) to your account.

2. Navigate to the top right corner and click on the **profile icon** <img src="/files/617cLDA26eGg4xoWKsvN" alt="" data-size="line">.

3. Locate the **\[Unverified]**<img src="/files/i9KKxPNQfiIKRkAM55s9" alt="" data-size="line">icon and click on it.<br>

4. The pop-up window will appear on your screen and you can **start the process**.<br>

* You can also verify your status by clicking on **\[Profile settings]** and then navigating to the **\[KYC]** section.<br>

* If you attempt to open an account, a pop-up window will appear on your screen. Simply click on the **\[Go to KYC]** button.<br>

### Verify your Identity

1. Log in to your Wallex Neo App <img src="/files/MVghb7Oa5nonbAlVvdsB" alt="" data-size="line">.
2. Go to the **\[Dashboard]** section, located in the bottom left corner of your screen.
3. Navigate to the top right corner and click on the **profile icon** <img src="/files/617cLDA26eGg4xoWKsvN" alt="" data-size="line">.
4. Locate the **KYC Verification** and click on **\[Unverified]**<img src="/files/i9KKxPNQfiIKRkAM55s9" alt="" data-size="line">button.
5. The pop-up window will appear on your screen and you can **start the process**.<br>
