# Session Expired?

#### Verification links may expire due to a variety of factors, including:

* For instance, if you complete email verification but fail to complete document verification and reopen the link on the same device and browser, the link could expire due to security reasons.
* Most commonly, links expire due to session timeouts or device alterations. For example, if you complete email verification but your session expires (usually within 30 minutes), you will need to repeat the email verification process.
