Sending a Crypto Transfer

To initiate a crypto transfer, fill in the required fields in the window that appears on your screen. This includes Wallet Address / Cryptocurrency Address, Amount, Beneficiary Name, and any other necessary particulars. Once you've provided all the necessary information, you can review and confirm your transfer before submitting it.

Steps

  1. Access your Crypto account or wallet.

  2. Within the new window, select the [Send] option.

  3. Complete the necessary fields with the requested information.

Minimum Threshold

The minimum amount for an outgoing crypto transfer must be equivalent to 10.00 EUR.

What is the Expected Timeframe for the Transfer to be Executed?

The transfer execution may vary depending on the Network, Volatility of the asset and the High Traffic.

What are the Recommended Steps if a Transfer does not Reach as Expected?

Always Double-Check the asset's network.

Sending Crypto to the incorrect wallet or a different network will lead to permanently losing the asset. Always double-check before executing the crypto operation.

Common Rejection Causes

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations are designed to prevent and detect illicit activities, including money laundering and terrorist financing, within the financial system. Both cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies are subject to AML regulations, although the specific details can vary by jurisdiction. It's important to note that regulations can vary significantly between jurisdictions, and both the crypto and fiat sectors are subject to ongoing developments as authorities adapt to the evolving landscape of financial technologies.

Due to High Traffic or Asset Volatility, the operation may be rejected or failed. In such a case we advise you to try again later. If the issue persists for too long, contact our support team. In case you have received any Crypto payment into your account and you have exchanged and ordered an outgoing Crypto Transfer, due to AML regulations the transfer can be rejected for compliance reasons.
