When you scan the QR Code and download the **Smart Custody App** from the [App Store (iOS)](https://apps.apple.com/bg/app/smart-custody/id1625106847) or [Google Play (Android)](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wallex.app), follow the steps described below:

1. Start by installing the App, then proceed by clicking the **\[Create Account]** button to begin.
2. Choose an **\[Individual]** account type.
3. Fill all the **required fields** and read our [Terms & Conditions](https://wallex.global/terms-and-conditions).
4. Click **\[Continue]** button.
5. Then, you will receive a **confirmation email** in your inbox.
6. Proceed further with the **\[Verify email]** button.
7. **Fill in** the requested information.
8. Click **\[Continue]** button.

### Multiple Accounts

Our platform operates on the principle of uniqueness. Each email address can be used only once for Individual or Company registration. This ensures that every user on our platform has a distinct identity, enhancing security and accountability.

For those with more than one email address, our system allows you to register yourself as an Individual with one email and your Company as a corporate entity with another. This enables you to manage your personal and professional engagements, all under a single platform.
