Email Confirmation

Ensure the legitimacy of your account with our straightforward email confirmation process.

Step 1: Initial Check

After signing up for a new account, the system will request an email confirmation, the first step is to check your email address if is correctly filled out.

Step 2: Open Your Inbox

Open your email application or webmail service and look for a message from Wallex. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk Folder, as sometimes confirmation emails can be misrouted.

Sometimes, due to network congestion or server delays, confirmation emails may take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox. If the email does not arrive in 15 min, you can use the [Resend Link] button which will appear on your "Confirmation Screen".

Step 3: Confirm your Email

Once you locate the message we sent you, click on the [Verify email] button within the email. Afterward, return to the App to proceed further.

Step 4: Update Your Personal Information

After completing the confirmation steps, you should provide your personal information, including but not limited to name, surname, birthday, and referral code (optional). Once all required fields are filled and the terms and conditions are agreed upon, you should click on the [Continue] button to finalize your registration.
