In practice, this means that the local time in these time zones changes when DST (Daylight Saving Time) begins and ends.

During designated holidays, transactions involving incoming or outgoing wires will not be processed. Our normal processing will resume promptly on the next business day. If a holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday, the holiday will be observed on the previous Friday or the following Monday, respectively. Kindly consider this information when arranging your transactions.
