Our schedule follows the official holidays according to the operating Country/Region. While we strive to maintain normal operations during business hours, please be aware that certain holidays in different countries may affect the processing time of transactions or responses to inquiries.
When initiating international transfers or transactions, please consider the business hours and holidays observed by financial institutions in the provider's and/or recipient's countries. Delays may occur if the provider's and/or recipient's bank or financial institution is closed due to local holidays or non-business days.
It's important to note that delays in processing transactions or responses to inquiries may occur due to local holidays observed by financial institutions in specific countries. These delays are beyond our control and are influenced by the operational hours of the relevant banks or financial entities.
During designated holidays, transactions involving incoming or outgoing wires will not be processed. Our normal processing will resume promptly on the next business day. If a holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday, the holiday will be observed on the previous Friday or the following Monday, respectively. Kindly consider this information when arranging your transactions.
