How to start KYC/KYB verification on our platform?

Verifying your identity is essential for unlocking the full functionalities offered by our platform.

Verify your Identity


  1. to your account.

  2. Navigate to the top right corner and click on the profile icon.

  3. Locate the [Unverified]icon and click on it.

  4. The pop-up window will appear on your screen and you can start the process.


  • You can also verify your status by clicking on [Profile settings] and then navigating to the [KYC] section.

  • If you attempt to open an account, a pop-up window will appear on your screen. Simply click on the [Go to KYC] button.

Verify your Identity


  1. Go to the [Dashboard] section, located in the bottom left corner of your screen.

  2. Navigate to the top right corner and click on the profile icon.

  3. The pop-up window will appear on your screen and you can start the process.


If you attempt to open an account, a pop-up window will appear on your screen. Simply click on the [Go to KYC] button.

Initiating company verification follows the same process, with differences in the required documentation.

After completing the steps, the status will turn green, showing [Verified]

Log in to your Wallex APP .

Locate the KYC Verification and click on [Unverified]button.
