Gather Documents: Collect the necessary documents that serve as proof of your current address. Commonly accepted documents include utility bills (electricity, water, gas) or bank statements. Ensure the documents are recent, within the last three months, and display your name and current address.
Check Document Validity: Ensure they are not expired and contain accurate information.
Prepare for Submission: Organize the documents you've gathered for easy submission. Submitting digital copies, ensure they are scanned or photographed with all four corners and saved in a format accepted (e.g. PDF).
Upload Documents: Follow the prompts to upload the proof of address documents to the verification portal. If submitting physical copies, you may need to scan or take photos of the documents and upload them. If submitting digital copies, you can directly upload the files from your device.
