Users can deposit and withdraw assets strictly for the purpose of buying, selling, or investing in crypto.
To initiate a bank transfer, simply fill in the required fields in the window that appears on your screen. You'll have the option to specify whether the recipient is an Individual or a Company, and then enter the relevant details accordingly. Once you've provided all the necessary information, you can review and confirm your transfer before submitting it.
Navigate to your Fiat account.
Within the new window, select the [Send] option.
Complete the necessary fields with the requested information.
Confirm your transfer by clicking [Next] button.
Keep in mind that verifying your profile is essential for unlocking the full functionalities offered by our platform.

The minimum amount for an outgoing transfer is 15.00 EUR.
Depending on the receiving end, if "SEPA Instant" is supported by the beneficiary's bank, the transfer will be executed within 30 minutes. On the other hand - "SEPA Credit" is the standard procedure which may take from 3 to 5 business days.
In case the transfer is not received within the aforementioned timeframes, please contact us via the dedicated support chat channels.
Transfers above 4000.00 EUR mandate additional documentation to ensure adherence to internal and external transfer regulations.
Common Rejection Causes
If a transfer is rejected, please review the provided information in the Fiat Send Screen. Common causes for rejection include errors such as an Incorrect Beneficiary Name, Reference, or Beneficiary Bank Details. For more information, turn to our Account Rules and Policies.
