## Sending a Crypto Transfer

### Steps

1. **Access** your Crypto account or wallet.
2. Within the new window, select the **\[Send]** option.
3. **Complete** the necessary fields with the requested information.
4. Press the **\[Send]** button.

#### Minimum Threshold

The minimum amount for an outgoing crypto transfer must be equivalent to **10.00 EUR**.

#### What is the Expected Timeframe for the Transfer to be Executed?

The transfer execution may vary depending on the Network, Volatility of the asset and the High Traffic.

#### What are the Recommended Steps if a Transfer does not Reach as Expected?

Always Double-Check the asset's network.

Due to High Traffic or Asset Volatility, the operation may be rejected or failed. In such a case we advise you to try again later. If the issue persists for too long, contact our support team.\

In case you have received any Crypto payment into your account and you have exchanged and ordered an outgoing Crypto Transfer, due to AML regulations the transfer can be rejected for compliance reasons.
