Add Account

Please select Web or Mobile version:

Adding an Account via Web App


The following steps are applicable for both Fiat and Crypto account types:

  1. to your account.

  2. From the dashboard located on the left side of your screen, select [Accounts].

  3. Locate the currency you wish to add from the [Available accounts].

  4. Simply click on the icon to add it to your collection.

  5. The account will immediately appear in the [My accounts] section.

So effortless, isn't it?

Adding an Account via Mobile App


The following steps are applicable for both Fiat and Crypto account types:

  1. Navigate to the [Dashboard] section, located in the bottom left corner of your screen.

  2. Select [All accounts] positioned just below your balance.

  3. Locate the currency you wish to add from the [Available accounts].

  4. The account will immediately appear in the [My accounts] section.

So effortless, isn't it?

Close Account

Want to close account?

At present, our platform does not offer the ability to close your accounts. There is no additional fee associated with the number of open accounts in your profile.

Log in to your Wallex APP .

Simply click on the icon to add it to your collection.
