How to Delete my Account?

Before proceeding with the closure of your profile, we kindly recommend ensuring that all account balances are equal to 0.00!

If you delete your account, you will no longer be able to sign in. Deleting your account is a permanent and non-recoverable action!


To delete your profile, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to the top right corner and click on the profile icon.

  3. Select [Profile Settings].

  4. Make sure that you are in [General] section.

  5. Click on the [Delete Account] button to initiate profile deletion.

  6. Confirm your request by clicking [Confirm Account Closure] button.
