Receiving a Crypto Transfer

WallexPay allows you to deposit cryptocurrencies quickly and securely into your wallet. Whether you're receiving payments, topping up your balance, or funding your account for further actions like conversion or withdrawal, our crypto deposit feature is designed to be flexible, fast, and user-friendly.

Note: Each cryptocurrency account has its own unique address and QR Code. Sending any different cryptocurrency may result in their loss.

Example: In your Bitcoin account you can only receive Bitcoins.

Steps:

1. Log in to Your WallexPay Account Access your account at https://wallexpay.io/login and navigate to the "Wallet" section.

   
2. Click on “Deposit” Select the "Deposit" option next to the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.).

   
3. Select the Network (if applicable) For multi-network currencies like USDT (e.g., ERC20, BEP20, or Polygon), choose the network you're using to send the funds. ⚠️ Important: Make sure the sending platform supports the network you've selected. Sending funds to the wrong network may result in a loss of funds.

4. Copy the Wallet Address or Scan the QR Code

   Once the network is selected:

   • Copy the generated wallet address to paste into your sending platform, or

   • Scan the QR Code using your crypto wallet app for quick access.

   
5. Send the Funds From your external wallet, initiate the transfer to the copied address. Make sure:

   • The amount and network match your intended transaction.

   • Include any additional details if applicable, such as reference IDs or payment notes required by the sending platform.

6. Track the Transaction with Hash

   After sending the crypto:

   • You can track the transaction status via blockchain using the transaction hash (TXID).

   • WallexPay will notify you once the funds are received and confirmed on-chain.

Security Reminder

• Always double-check the wallet address and network before confirming the transaction.

• Only send supported cryptocurrencies to the provided address.
