Crypto Tips to Avoid Delays
- Choose the right network: Always select the correct blockchain network supported by the recipient to avoid lost funds.
- Verify the address: Double-check the withdrawal address — crypto transactions are irreversible.
- Mind the minimums & fees: Ensure the amount meets the minimum withdrawal limit and that you have enough balance to cover network fees.
- Use whitelisted addresses (if available): Add frequently used addresses to your trusted list for quicker and safer withdrawals.
- Monitor the blockchain: After initiating the withdrawal, you can track progress using the transaction hash (TXID).
Fiat Tips to Avoid Delays
- Ensure correct bank details: Double-check your IBAN, SWIFT code, and account name — incorrect info may lead to rejected or delayed transfers.
- Check withdrawal limits: Make sure your requested amount falls within your current daily/monthly withdrawal limits.
- Be aware of cut-off times: Some fiat withdrawals, especially via SEPA or SWIFT, are processed only during business hours or weekdays.
- Watch for compliance checks: Larger or unusual transactions may require manual review or additional KYC verification.
- Allow for processing time: Depending on the bank and region, fiat withdrawals may take 1–5 business days to settle.
