How to start KYC/KYB verification on our platform?
Verify your Identity
Verifying your identity is essential for unlocking the full functionalities offered by our platform.
*There is a shortcut button in your dashboard just below the "Total Balance" section. To start, click the [Verify Now] button. If the shortcut button is not available, please follow the steps below to proceed.
Steps:
Log in to your account.
Locate the [Security] button from the "Side Menu" and click on it.
Press [Update] button on the "KYC Verification" section.
Then, you will be navigated to the KYC Verification page and you can start the process.
After completing the steps, the status will turn green, showing [Your KYC is Verified].
Initiating business verification follows the same process, with differences in the required documentation.
