Why Did my Card Deposit Fail?

The most possible reason for a declined top-up is that you have reached your card’s limits

Keep in mind that upon activation, the prepaid card has one top-up (max. 150EUR).

If you have used this top-up, you should proceed with submitting your documentations for limit increase.

Make sure that you have not reached your weekly or monthly limits.

If this is not the case, please contact our team so they can further check the reason for your declined top-up.
