Note: It is important to understand that fiat currency on this platform is only available for on-ramp and off-ramp purposes. The on-ramp allows users to deposit fiat to buy cryptocurrency, while the off-ramp enables users to sell cryptocurrency to receive fiat. Users can deposit and withdraw assets strictly for the purpose of buying, selling, or investing in crypto.
When you want to receive a Fiat transfer into your account, you can choose between two options:
Wire Transfer: Choose this method to initiate a wire transfer. Upon selection, a window will display details required for receiving funds into your account. This includes Beneficiary Name, Currency, Beneficiary IBAN (International Bank Account Number), and any other necessary particulars.
Top Up with Card: Choose this method to top up your account using a card. Upon selection, you'll be prompted to specify the desired amount you wish to add to your account. Afterward, you will be redirected to the top-up screen, where you can securely input your card details. Once the transaction is completed, the specified amount will appear in your account balance.
Navigate to your Fiat account.
Click on the [Receive] button.
You will see the two options: [Wire Transfer] and [Card Top-up].
Selecting [Wire Transfer] will show a window with your account details.
Selecting [Card Top-up] will direct you to the Card top-up screen.
Keep in mind that verifying your profile is essential for unlocking the full functionalities offered by our platform.

Wire transfers usually take 3 to 5 business days. In case it's been more than 5 business days and your incoming wire transfer hasn't been credited, please provide us with the official bank receipt of the transaction so we can start investigating the case.
Please contact the Sending Bank to know the status of the transaction. In case they confirm the execution of the operation, ask for the official bank receipt and contact our support channel with the document.

Invalid Reference
Wrong Beneficiary Bank Details
